Wing House is a 22-bed transitional care facility providing service to adult survivors of traumatic brain injury located at 2020 Southwest 5th Street, Rochester, Minnesota 55902.

Wing House is a non-profit corporation which was incorporated January 1997. We admitted our first resident March 1998 following repairs and renovations in accordance with Minnesota Department of Health guidelines. We have no formal relationships with other agencies for the purposes of funding ongoing operations, planning, or housing.

Wing House is limited to the single physical location of the residence itself. Wing House is not used for purposes other than a structured residence for adult survivors of Traumatic Brain Injury and neurodegenerative diseases.

We are licensed by the Minnesota Department of Health as a Boarding and Lodging with Special Services.
